The woman who asked me who is here, on this earthen barren space.
I tried so hard to tell her who I am but she did not listen, she walked away.
I am alone here, this earthen barren space I wonder.
You will never be invited, you will never be worthy.
I have walked all the walks, I’ve talked all that is needed to be talked.
All that you told me to do, I did.
My inhibitions reach far past your gaze could dream.
There’s a world out there that belongs to me.
I’ll go my own way, I’ll speak in whispers again.
My earthen barren space has left me cold, bruised and told.
Why oh why, do we ask the sky?
What does it mean, what could it say, why does this place make me pay?
The woman returns, uninvited and unfamiliar.
She is not our territory, and we ask her why.
She responds in kisses, everlasting smiles, a woman's touch and a whole new game.
Control, I speak. Control of which I speak. I love her, but she will never see me no longer.
