And as a man, to this much I vow; I will never let sex or the idea of pursuing it become a distraction again. I will only look at sex as an appealing thing when it’s both appropriate and mutual.
And as a man, I am relieved. A huge weight has been lifted from me by turning that constant pursuit aside. Sex, and the pressure society puts on men for it, is about as equal to the stress and pressure of an oncoming major test to which you have not read a sentence in study for. Constant and horrendous. I have looked inside myself and I see me becoming like every other man out there, and it’s not for me. I’m kicking that trend and turning a new path. Hello, decency.
