Ouch...
Dunno what I did, but I'm very ouchie. Ouchie to the point where it interrupts my sleep. I must have pinched a nerve somewhere. Unless I lay down, propped up in a specific manner, my left arm hurts in a dulling pain while the tips of my fingers on the same left side gets a tingly numbing sensation.
My left deltoid might have a hand in this, but it seems the trapezius seems to be the main culprit in this mysterious pain. This due to the tighening feeling when I lower my chin towards my chest as I tilt my neck forward. More than anything, I need a good massage in that area (happy ending comments will be deleted). The muscle seems knotted. I feel it pop and grind when I rotate my shoulder while applying pressure (not a lot, just enough to feel the muscle move).
Outside of that, school starts on thursday. Extended forecast says the high will be 41, low 23. 30% chance of rain/snow showers.
Science factoid: For temperature, the Kelvin scale is based off of absolute zero (0 degrees Kelvin), while Celsius is based off of the freezing point of water (0 degrees Celsius). With those in mind, what is Fahrenheit based off of? 0 degrees fahrenheit is the temperature where salt water freezes.
