Fall already?
Golly. Happy autumn everyone.
The speed with which time passes is freaking me out a little. Maybe winter will be slower? Yesterday after we finished feeding the cats and making dinner Ket turned to me and was like, "Dude, we barely have time to do our stuff now. How are we going to manage when we have kids?" I think that secretly the answer is "fewer videogames." It's not that we don't have time to do all our stuff really, it's more that we don't have time to do all our stuff and be lazy and sit around as we desperately want to do at all times.
On a related note, we have one more disk of Firefly to watch, and then Serenity comes out! I am so excited about that. As we watch the series though, I find myself cursing Joss Whedon for his character development, because I want so much to know what happens with all their relationships. Maybe the movie will tie it all up, but I kind of hope not. I am hoping not to have a repeat of the pat, plurry ending of Farscape.
And in the vein of yet more laziness/sitting around, we finally started playing We <3 Katamari last night. So awesome! I about fell off the couch during the intro when the king declared himself to be "fierce and fabulous." And thus far I have been pretty impressed with the creativity of the katamari concepts. I wasn't sure there mas much they could do to build on "rolling around a sticky ball" but I was kind of wrong. I liked the fire one.
And that, I suppose, is all I will say about that because I should get to work.
