Oh, this is absolutely lovely! I don't remember the movie very well, but this is a gorgeous vid and a fabulous song choice (I hadn't heard that particular cover before).

I'm so glad you enjoyed the vid! I love this cover -- I thought the feel of Warren Zevon's version was a good fit for the small-town Alaska of the movie -- and the film is so beautiful that it gave me a lot to work with. :-)

Oh, yay, I'm so glad I made you want to watch the movie! It is quite wonderful -- in some of the same ways that FNL is wonderful, come to think of it; small town, sports-focused, real characters with real struggles -- and I love it a lot. :-)
