Vidder, I have adored this song FOREVER and thought about it in connection with Stargate. I have always thought that it was perfect for the movie in particular, and you have MADE ME A VID TO IT!

Okay - more specific comments. I love the way you have retold the movie with this vid. You touched on all the important relationships within it - Catherine & Daniel, Jack & Skaara, Daniel & Sha'uri, Daniel-Jack & the people of Abydos, Daniel & Ra. And, of course, the central relationship between Daniel & Jack. I loved how you showed Jack's pain and how Daniel is apart from everyone around him. How they come together, reach across the gulf between them, is so vivid and poignant. I particularly liked the part at the start of "let love give what it gives, let love give what it gives" (the Jack & Daniel part) because I am such a big Jack/Daniel fan. But I also love the way it then expands to include the others, the salute between Skaara & Jack, and Daniel giving Jack the necklace to take back.
All in all, a perfect gift. Thank you!
