Look what I made last night! Pumpkin Cheesecake! Fresh out of the oven before making the bourbon whipped cream topping.
Also, on the menu last night. Egg Nog (spiced up with brandy and bourbon, natch), watched the Grinch, and decorated the tree. Woo Hoo, holidays! It's the best excuse for baking sweets and gettin a jolly belly!
Thanks to everyone who submitted the holiday songs. There were a few I hadn't gotten yet. In other news, got another job interview on Monday.
