Today is the first day that really feels like a day off from working since i started at Green Mountain. I like working there and i get paid really well so its all good, but working full time sucks! A LOT! i feel like i have no time for fun things because i am always so damn tired. anyways...
jumped in the saco river the other night and for the first time it really felt like summer. leave it to wini and drew to make everything right again. i also swam in the goodwin mills pond yesterday with kate and her dog small. it was fun. and not too cold once you got in.
tomorrow morning i am going into the marine mammal rehab center. i am excited to play with the baby seals and make them better so they can be returned to the ocean. i just hope i dont have to cut the heads off too many fish for them to eat. so tomorrow morning i will put on my big rubbah boots and my big rubbah overals and jump right in. i just with the shift wasnt from 7AM to 12. then tomororw evening is the goodbye service for karen because she is leaving the church. and then theres a party! i am very sad that karen is leaving, and even sadder that we cant talk/see her for a year after she is no longer officially our minister.
today i plan on not doing very much, then tonight hopefully dinner with kate and elyse, and then hopefully some fun times with wini and drew later in the evening.
