I went on a walk today. With one of the people I love the most.
Today was hard. But walking down a street in a small town with a person you love has a way of showing you that life is beautiful, even in its most painful moments.
Right now, everything just feels so out of place. So many things are ending. And other things are beginning. And it's painful and beautiful.
I feel so alive.
And I realized today that sometimes closure isnt necessary. Sometimes you just have to realize it's over. And have that be ok with you. Even when it hurts.
And if someone is there to hold your hand as another door closes, you don't even need a window. Because your hand is warm. And in this life, there really isn't anything better.
