Mandatory immunizations

Dec 19, 2007 00:37

New Jersey residents, kindly read this bill.  It provides a conscientious exemption to mandatory immunizations, but only for school (not daycare).  If you agree that parents should have control over their child's immunizations, I urge you to send snail mails to:

1) your district's state senator
2) your district's two assemblypersons
You can get these addresses here.

3) the governor

Here is my correspondence:
I am writing to express my support of bill S2684 (provides for conscientious exemption to mandatory immunizations), introduced May 14, 2007.  This bill is vital to preserving the civil liberties of my child.  I am quite unhappy that the New Jersey Public Health council believes injections of carcinogens (such as formaldehyde) and reactive metals (such as aluminum), in quantities exceeding EPA guidelines, are in my daughter's best interests.  I also question their cost/benefit analysis of such a wide-spectrum complement of vaccines.
