I feel so ill

Nov 21, 2003 22:29

Ever since I have been back in the UK and that is almost 4 weeks now, I have been ill, it has been one cold after the other, and flu, like I never get the flu, although had a right old dose last week.

I AM SICK OF BEING ILL!!!! I usually enjoy good health, and I am not a good ill person. I was alright for the first time in ages yesterday, so I went for a small march against you know who, incase secret services are listening, as I am trying to get a green card at the moment, purely for business purposes.

Then I wake up this morning wanting to die, as I feel so ill!!! I was asked by a mate of mine to go and see the rugby world cup final tomorrow, and I do want to go, as used to play rugby, and love it as a game (I could never understand the US equivalent, NFL). I so want to go to this party tomorrow morning that I am been sad and staying in tonight, and I think if I mix with anymore large crowds I might die (more unknown colds and what not), as it must be all the cold and flu things that I am been exposed to which never made it to NY. The same thing happened when I first came to live here in the UK back in the 80's, I had come from Hong Kong, and I was like ill for about the first 3 months I lived here. England must be like a melting pot of illness, as I never had this problem when I moved to NY. Just goes to show how popular England is with the world, they all want to come here, with their colds and illnesses too.

Anyway I am going to wallow in bed, and feel ill, urghh!!!

I still have not found Chez Me yet. I am still looking though, although if anyone knows of a decent 3 bedroom flat or house somewhere round NW1, N1, NW3; preferably with some private outdoor space, please let me know. As I now have the mortgage approval, no thanks to the wankers at HSBC, the worlds local bank, yeah so damn local, they cannot even obtain details of your accounts in NY. Anyway enough of my bitchings and they did make it up to me for losing the Invernese Street property, so I cannot complain too much.
