Had one of the most surreal drives of my life. After BatSoc we gathered at 'BatSoc Castle' (so-named as most of the students living in the house are BatSoc veterans). Five of us went to go get pizza for everyone, and somehow we ended up headbanging in a small Fiat Panda to a bagpipe reel on a Scottish folk music CD, blasted out loudly through open car windows and stunning every pedestrian passing by. Best thing is, we were all completely 100% sober. Now that is living British comedy.
We then repeated the experience on the way back, only with The Doctor (his nickname because of a huge scarf he once wore constantly) holding a stack of four 20" pizzas on his lap and worrying if the heat of the pizzas would cause infertility.
Although I find myself working into the small hours yet again as I have had to wash my hair and let it dry thanks to BatSoc again, so I might as well work. Blah.
