Back from Xi'an and surprisingly not very tired.
I'll sum it all up later today or tomorrow but suffice it to say i learned one very very very important lesson...
I don't like traveling with large groups of people. All in all it was an enjoyable trip and i'm glad i went because we packed a lot of stuff into just a few days but if i'm lucky it'll be last trip of that kind. I realize that when it comes to traveling, I like to at least have some control over what we do and where we go. I don't like waiting for people which is bound to happen when you travel with a large unorganized group of young people.
I did enjoy it, don't get me wrong. I saw terracotta warriors and the oldest temple in the world and the longmen caves and tonnes of things i've been reading about and drooling over pictures for the longest time. I'm happy i went.
Best part?! I learned how to say dirty dirty things in thai.
More later. I'm going to unpack and see if i can fall asleep for a while.
