Soo all my stuff and myself are at Jess' apartment but the landlords don't know that I'm crashing there, which is fine. If they ask we can just tell them I'm crashing until I find a place and blend my stuff with hers.

ANYWAY! This afternoon I turned in my rental application to one of the landlords named Gary and he was SO NICE! It was the perfect way to start my day. We had a really good chat and he said, "I look forward to having you as one of our tenants!" So that made me reeeeeeaally relieved, excited, and happy.

Order of business number two: look into a job working with summer ESL students that I had heard about. Filled out the application and turned it in and ended up talking to the secretary for a loooooong time. This job would go PERFECTLY with my schedule, so I really hope I get it. I put all the experience I have working with International students on there as well as the recommendation from my Japanese professor/foreign language department head. The secretary and I talked about Port Orchard, Puget Sound, and working in libraries and books. When I was leaving she told me, "I really hope you get the job!" Again, super encouraging words.

I walked back home and ended up walking back to campus later to get something I left in a friend's car. I was lying on a sofa in the SURC and when I sat up, a bunch of Japanese girls noticed me and were like (in Japanese), "HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN THERE WITHOUT US NOTICING?!?!" Fun fun fun fun.

Right now I am so tired. I need to pack so I can go home tomorrow.
fdhgufdhgudshgdfs but I had SUCH a good day.

Last night Ryosuke brought me a foam mattress to sleep on, my soup, and a big chunk of cantaloupe ♥♥
