Dear Yuletide Santa,
Here is some more information on my preferences. Please feel free to ignore these if you have a vision. If you don't, I hope these help to get you to start writing. I am fine with gen, het, or slash. I will be more than happy and very grateful with anything you choose to write in any of these fandoms.
Ghost Town
Anything would be awesome, though I would love something Pincus specific. Pincus/Dead People interaction + awkward humor. Also, he seems like such a genuinely nice guy underneath his general aversion to all human beings, it would be great to see that side of him explored more. Plus, he seems to really enjoy being a dentist (except for the dealing with people thing) and that to me seems like a strange character trait. So a little character exploration would be great.
Charlie Bartlett
This is another recent favorite of mine. I loved Principal Gardner, because he was played by RDJ because he was such an interesting character. A character piece on him would be great. Anything that could answer questions like why boats? And, are boats more fun when you're drunk? And why on earth did he become a principal if he hates it so much?
Son of Rambow
I absolutely adored this movie and the two boys. Anything set during the movie or after it is fine. It would be interesting to see what Will's relationship with Lee and with his family is like after the movie. His mother seems to finally break out of the mold a little at the end, does this mean that Will gets to stay for the movies during class now? What is it like for him to be the popular boy in school? Does it last? Possibly you can see where I'm going with this.
Jonathan Creek
I really miss Maddie. So anything from Maddie's point of view or Maddie-centric would be great. Jonathan being smug and figuring it all out is always a plus. Something with a bit of mystery perhaps, though I know that mystery plots can be difficult to write, so whatever you feel comfortable with. (Romance would be appreciated, but is not necessary).
