JOB!!! (maybe)
I actualy have a promising lead on a real job!! Just had an interview with the people at Saturn, and have got this training seminar thing to go to later this week, and I might have a job selling cars. And I'm actualy hopefull because the guy doing the interview seemed impressed with my attitude and seemed interested in getting me into car selling training. Which would be very good because the base pay is much better than what I'd even hoped to be making, and there's comission bonuses and benifits and loaner cars with working air conditioning... And I'd much rather sell people new cars than do phone support or bill collecting.
The supreme irony is that as soon as I got home from the interview I got a call from a recruter for cell phone customer support who saw my resume and wanted to interview me. Three hours ago that would have been enough to make my week, because it's exactly the kind of work, with the hours and pay, that I was looking for, and I had to tell him I wasn't interested. Can we say Feast or Famine? Ah well, must continue to pack(although if I get the job I won't be staying in the tiny depressing apartment i'm moving into for long).
