Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Ideas

SO PSYCHED!!!!! I will be waiting at Barnes & Noble at midnight, and then proceed to read it simultaneously with my sister (different copies of course).
35 days for book, 25 days for movie!

On the cover art:
-It seems that Harry and Voldy are standing in some sort of a stadium with hooded figures standing around.
-They both have their hands outreached, maybe to grab some type of something, as a wand? Or maybe they are focusing on some type of an obstacle that both are trying to control, holding something in back and trying to bring it forward?
-Those hooded figures, death eaters? Probably.

On the special edition over art:
-An Antipodean Opal-eyed dragon?
-In the New Zealand or Australia?
On the cover, they are there and not in England, but in Australia or New Zealand, where these dragons reside?
Or they could just be taking the dragon for a joy ride elsewhere in the world
-It would make sense to have them out of England, because dear ol' Voldy wouldn't be stupid and hide all of the parts of his soul in one area of the world [Britian].

On Harry being a Horcrux? I cannot make up my mind on that. It does make some sense since Harry survived the killing curse and he has some of Voldy's powers.

The gleam of triumph seen in Dumbledore's eyes at the end of book four is still enormously important. (TLC/MuggleNet Interview, July 2005, and others.)
-This gleam occurred after he found out that Voldemort had Harry's blood in himself, no? So I conclude that Voldemort will be have an easier time being killed than if this hadn't have happened.

Mr. Weasley's car will appear. Jo said in a 1999 Barnes and Noble Chat, chat that we "will hear from Mr. Weasley's car again, but yet again, I'm not telling you how." Only one book left!
-Harry and friends return to the Forbidden Forest? Or did JKR hang a lantern so the the Ford Anglia conveniently shows up in a time of peril that is not anywhere near where we last saw it? Well, it is possible that the car has traveled and saw the world, I guess.

From veritaserum.com:
What we know will happen:

* We will find out what Dudley saw in Order of the Phoenix when he was attacked by the dementor.
JKR said a non-magical character will perform magic in "desperate circumstances." She said, "There is a character who does manage in desperate circumstances to do magic quite late in life, but that is very rare in the world I am writing about."
-That non-magical person to perform magic in a dire circumstance, methinks, would be either:
Dudley Dursley (Which would be totally awesome. Something, I think, would have to happen that would be out of character during Harry's last visit to the Dursley's house before he turns seventeen, methinks) Plus, JKR has said that neither Figg nor Filch would ever perform magic, although before I read that, I thought it might be Filch. Evidence from the fifth book to support Dudley being magical, "He heard Dudley blundering away, hitting the alley fence, stumbling...He had barely run a dozen steps when he reached them: Dudley was curled on the ground, his arms clamped over his face; a second dementor was crouching low over him, gripping his wrists in its slimy hands, prizing them slowly, almost lovingly apart, lowering its hooded head toward Dudley's face as though about to kiss him."
Why would Dudley have covered his face if most of his energy would've been lost with the demenor being there, and if he couldn't see the dementor? Dursley would be in his late teens, which could be considered "late in life" because most magical folk exercise their abilities at an even younger age, like 2.
* We will find out the true identity of R.A.B., though most fans are quite sure it's Sirius's brother, Regulus. -I agree with this. Perhaps Regulus was smarter than others made him out to be. Or maybe someone is using a pseudonym, just as mine is Fred Zappa.
* We will see Viktor Krum again. -As head of Durmstrang?
* We will find out a little bit more about Harry's Grandparents.-Old folks that kicked Dark Wizarding ass? Sweet folks by day, dark-magic fighters by night? (Complete with capes and spandex?). I don't know.
* We will find out what happened to Sirius' flying motorcycle, "but the real sleuths among us might be able to guess." Care to hazard a guess? -Hagrid probably would have gotten rid of it because he would have felt ashamed that it was Sirius', which at the time had had thought it was the murder's of Lily and James. The ministry doesn't have it because Kingsley Shaklebolt said in OOTP to Arthur that they speculated that Sirius may still be using it, so that rules them out. Maybe Dumbledore had it, although where would he have kept it. I always thought that Dumbledore lived in his office. Hmmmm. I think it would be un-probable that he would have had it though.
* Wormtail's life debt to Harry will come into play, somehow.-Will he die trying to save Harry? Or will he jump on Voldy just as he is going to do Harry in? Something like that.
* We will find out what Lily and James did for a living. This piece of information is "important to a later plot." Possibly something Harry finds out during his visit to Godric's Hollow?-Maybe this info will give rise to more background on the Horcruxes
* The shroud that surrounds Snape will fall and we will see where his loyalties truly lie.On The Connection, a kid asked if Snape would fall in love. Rowling appeared to have started to say yes, but then stopped She said she was extremely stunned at that question, and that we would find out why in #7
"There's an important kind of redemptive pattern to Snape. He, um, there's so much I wish I could say to you, and I can't because it would ruin. I promise you, whoever asked that question, can I just say to you that I'm slightly stunned that you've said that and you'll find out why I'm so stunned if you read Book 7. That's all I'm going to say."
-Snape will save Harry's life at one point, perhaps forfeiting his own? SNAPE IS NOT EVIL!!!!! He was merely following Dumbledore's orders. Plus, he said something along the lines that Harry should keep his mind closed at the end of the sixth book, hinting towards Occlumency, a last lesson from Snape to Harry. Was Snape ever in love with Narcissa?
* One of Harry's classmates will go on to become a teacher, but it isn't "maybe the one you think, hint, hint, hint," and it isn't Ron, either. Our guess is Neville, but we'll see!-The student that becomes the teacher doesn't necessarily have to be in Harry's year, but had just gone to school with him, no? Unless JKR meant that eventually, which s/he will be mentioned in the last chapter as going on the become a teacher. Then I choose Neville as well.
* We will find out something extremely important about Lily and James and it will have a direct effect on what Harry has to do. And no, conspiracy theorists, it's not that they were actually both working for Voldemort, an idea that sickened Ms. Rowling (see below).
* We will see Dolores Umbridge again. -Perhaps as a teacher again? Or just again.
* We will see Rita Skeeter again. At the Edinburgh Book Festival, Rowling had this to say: "I actually quite like Rita. She is loathsome - morally, she's horrible - but I can't help admiring her toughness. She is very determined to do the job and there is something quite engaging about that. There is more to come on Rita."
* The last word of the book is "scar," though that may change with future edits.
* We will find out something "incredibly important" about Lily Potter.
* Harry's eye color will come into play. Also, JKR said that "he has his mother's eyes and that's very important in a future book."
* There is "more to the Sorting Hat" than what was presented in the first six books; we will "find out what it becomes" in book seven. -The interview she said this in took place in 1999, so it would not have referred to a pathway between the 4 creators of the school and others. For example, when Harry received the sword from the sorting hat because the second book was released prior to this interview. What could it become?
* Although Aunt Petunia is neither a witch nor a Squib, "there is a little bit more to her than meets the eye," and we will find out what that is.- JKR said, "You might have got the impression that there is a little bit more to Aunt Petunia than meets the eye, and you will find out what it is. She is not a squib, although that is a very good guess. Oh, I am giving a lot away here. I am being shockingly indiscreet. " What is she giving away? If Petunia being a squib is a very good guess, maybe more magical abilities are in the family (Dudley) and Petunia knows about it. Maybe Dumbledore knew too, and that has to do with them keeping in touch and with the letters he had sent to her?
* According to Jo, "one character got a reprieve, but I have to say two die that I didn't intend to die. A price has to be paid. We are dealing with pure evil. They don't target the extras, do they? They go for the main characters, or I do."-I think that Hermione will be one of the characters to die. Maybe some of the Weasleys as well? And she says to die that she hadn't intended to, so that would imply there are more than two to die? I think if Snape died saving Harry, that would be cool because HE DIED SAVING HARRY!

DISCUSS OR PERISH!
