Today was sweet...
Yesterday freakin' sucked, but today was sweet. Jenn woke me up with a phone call at 12:40 PM and was like let's to go A.C. Moore. So we went and I got supplies to make an Eldar Warp Gate. I spent most of the day until 3:30 AM with Falicon working on it and making custom conversions of the coolest punk rooster Space Marines and gangsta' archers you will ever see. Despite some setbacks because of crappy materials and having absolutely no experience making scenery I think it came out looking pretty cool. It's all epic and ancient looking. I did the entire thing myself with a little artistic advice from Falicon. Charlie will most likely like it. I made a strict resolve to get people gifts for their birthday on time because I always put it off until I just never do it. I also found tons of really old Warhammer figures from 7th grade. I found almost all of my old Legion of the Damned Space Marines and four out of five Dark Eldar Scourges that Robin got me for my birthday. It freakin' rocks because I can use them and besides one guy missing a gun they are complete. I look like shit and feel kind of weird, but tomorrow (today) should be good once I get Charlie his gift and rock it. Here are some pictures of my day's work.
