Here, I'll make a rare non-friends locked post.
E-mail from Last Hope Animal Rescue of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, if you are so inclined to help. I volunteer there at least once a week, cleaning kennels, feeding, administering meds, washing (lots of) dishes, taking out (lots of) garbage, also transporting cats to and from vet visits.

Tractor Supply Co. is having a contest to win $25,000 and now that we're in the top 25, we need YOU to vote! It only takes about 30 seconds.
If we won $25,000 we could upgrade our dog kennels (the starting estimate for this is $18,000). We would also put some money toward structural repairs in the cat care area.
These upgrades will improve the overall quality of life and the level of care we can give to the animals at the Adoption Center and also make sure we stay compliant with state regulations."
