houses
So kevin and I are looking at houses..We have our choices down to 2...and we can't decide. I like house 1 alot better almost love it, but we worry just a little about the neighboor and resale. It was built in 1890's, but it is all updated..new kitchen, new floors, new AC, water heater, roof, new counters and cabinets, and its cheaper. The resale and neighboor is what is stopping us..but we would know the person living next to us, and across the street, and they are both great people. WE know for the sure the ppl living across the street are not moving anytime soon...
so should we got with house 2 which I like, but not love, and has a little better neighboor and resale possibilites??? It has a smaller kitchen, and living space. New floors, needs new appliances..same square ft, more expensive, higher taxes.
we are thinking we will try to move back in MI in like 4 maybe 6 years..hopefully things will be better by then...
