Ramblings
Just thought I would throw an update up here... Vivian is doing GREAT!! She's growing lots, and a little sweetie pie. She smiles all the time, but hasn't laughed yet. She's fighting a little cold right now... It's not terrible, but I hate to see her uncomfy but there isn't much I can do lol!! She just turned 10 weeks old on Wednesday.
We are hoping to go out the day after Valentine's to celebrate... Forget fighting all those crowds XD We have a gift card we got for Christmas to Outback Steakhouse... Not our favorite, but we might as well use it. I may get something a little special since we won't be paying for part of it xD Then instead of doing the traditional box of chocolates, I think we are going to swing by Whole Foods and get some gooood thick cut bacon and good dark chocolate... Then go home and make ourselves some chocolate covered bacon >:3 I've always wanted to try it, but I have never happened upon anywhere that has it fresh. The places that sell the bars of it... It doesn't sound as appealing.
We will also be leaving Vivian with Zeke's dad and step mom for the evening... It will only be for a few hours, but it will be the very first time that I have been away from her for more than 30 minutes XD I've been pumping every evening so that we will have plenty of milk to leave with them... I feel like a cow sometimes ROFL. But it will be our first trial run, and we won't be far if we need to come back to get her. I actually really don't mind taking her everywhere... But it will be nice to get some just -us- time, where we don't have to worry about much.
Oh, and our 3 year anniversary is coming up in April :3 We have some fun plans for that, but I'll write about that later!!
I have been taking her lots of places it seems XD She went to her first furmeet when she was just 1 month old. She did great, except she got mad the last 15 minutes of the ride there. I need to make sure I keep up with her feeding schedule, even when we are on the road. She also went to Comic Con in New Orleans with me, and a filming of Andrew Zimmern(Bizarre Foods guy)'s new show Appetite for Life. Being a mom doesn't mean you can't do anything! This spring is busy, but we also hope to take her tent camping this fall :)
But I have housework to do... So I'm off!
