what a wild ride
A week ago today I found out I have melanoma. Fantastic, just a great way to start a busy ass summer. What can you do, right? I go to the oncologist on Thursday, so until then I get to sweat it out and find any other spots I want them to check/remove, and I've found 3 so far. Time will tell!!! The next couple weeks may be very interesting, depending upon what they have to say.
As usual, work has been busy. Not entirely bad in this current day, but not exactly a blessing either. Some long hours are starting to pay off again, as the bike is co-operating with me and putting up good power/emission numbers.
Katie's open house is this coming weekend. lots of food, just a little bit of beer ;-), large gathering of Klumpps, and a touch of firewood. Let's hope the town doesn't get torched to the ground.
Ben made it into town last night, marking the start of one hell of a summer. The Mog is running, TA is on my shit list of things to sort out, and whiskey is just as good as ever. You only live once. No regrets!
