ME TOO the 19 years later bit annoyed me for that same reason! I don't quite know why... Having it suddenly in the future and so 'perfect' just seemed a bit of a crappy ending, to be honest...
I was so happy too when Snape turned out good... I mean, everyone saw that coming, but I was getting a bit worried - I couldn't work out why Dumbledore would want Snape to kill him... When it was all finally revealed, it was so good, gah! :DD ::huggles Snapey:: <333
I thought Fred's death was really sad, as was Dobby's (;______;) But yeah, I think the first half of the book could have been trimmed a lot, and the aftermath of the battle focused on more. I liked the last 5 or so chapters way more than the rest...
When Kreacher first appeared I read it wrong (because I'd been reading non-stop all day!) and thought he was fighting for Voldemort and got all upset o(T^T)o then I re-read that paragraph and realised he was fighting for Harry d(^w^)b and then I cried. AGAIN. XD

I think it was definitely a worthy ending... A lot better than sixth book, anyways, thank God. Despite the Lupin/Tonks >3
