Went and looked around Sheffield uni on Saturday... Only took 3 hours in the car, passed in style due to my Super-Funky Mix CDs of Tenimyu, Gravitation, Patalliro Saiyuki, Gakuen Heaven and the like...
Anyways... I loved it~~~! ♥
The town was fun - even had its own mini-Forbidden Planet about 1/200th the size of the London one~! ^^ And a supermarket where I bought Pocky for 65p which in London costs like £2.50 0____0 Got normal, peanut & cheesecake flavours XD
The uni itself was great too... The course looked good, and I liked the option choice... Also, the compulsary year in Japan was good - at Oxford it isn't compulsary, you have to apply etc... Good choice of unis to transfer to. I kinda want to go there... But I guess Oxford has to remain my first choice, just because it's Oxford. And given the entry grades are higher for Oxford, it makes no sense to put Sheffield first on my admission form. But at least I know if when I get rejected from Oxford, that I've got a good second choice ^^

Eheh... Went dress shopping for the Summer Ball today... Finally found a beautiful strapless green dress just short of a turquoise-y colour ^^ which fit perfectly etc etc but a thread on the front holding the folds together was broken so although we paid for it - £160 ::falls over:: - it needs to be repaired. I hope it's ready in time >.<
My mother seriously doesn't do things by halves. As well as a new dress, I got new shoes, bag, necklace, shawl and two sets of earrings ::collapses:: So literally, I got a whole new outfit...
And where is this money coming from again? 0______0

I'm starting to really like Gakuen Heaven... Keita/Kazuki~!! d(^^)b Just watched Ep9, and I'm glad to see it's developing some sort of plot... Although I'm thinking 'plot' isn't the first reason people watch it ^^ Plus, the still shots at the end of the first half & beginning of the second cracked me up... Ah, Touya!lookalike Niwa, why did you even bother trying to hit on Queen... frankly, i think he's just lucky omi wasn't present 0___0
omgwtf. just looked up gakuen heaven on wikipedia and Kazuki's special ability is sewing, wtfGAY. and nakajima's is sex play, as if we couldn't guess...
Also Ep10 Princess Princess ^^ Haha, Mikoto is getting gayer~~~ So much looking forward to PuriPuri D~~! And zomg how much the guy playing Natashou looks EXACTLY like Natashou. I laughed for about 5 minutes straight. This is going to be great.
Finished watching Loveless T^T Did anyone else not really understand the last episode? I mean, I liked it, but what, is Seimei alive? And if so, why is he trying to kill Ritsuka? Also, wtf!GAME!? Very confusing. Kinda requires a second series, I think... Or maybe reading the manga...
And have this burning desire to watch Mirage of Blaze TV series ever since watching the OVA... Anyone know where I can download it subbed? Because they have the dub on aarinfantasy, but I can't seem to find the sub... Also, I really want to read the novels T^T but mum is reluctant to buy anything from amazon.co.jp... Bah...

Spent a large part of today listening to Rough Diamond CD by Katou Kazuki. Warning is such a fun up-beat song XD and Tokyo Diamond shows what a good singer he is la... Such nice tone... =^^= Kimi to Zutto he sounds a little different than normal x_X but still so good... perhaps without that evil undertone you can hear in Koori no Emperor or the arrogance in Ore-sama no bigi ni Boogie-Woogie ^^ Aww... sounds like cute Atobe before he became evil XDXD Perhaps my favourite song in this album along with Warning~♥ Higher Dream again a happy song... Kazuki is one of the few Japanese singers who can sing upbeat songs without the sound becoming nasal. And Line, we're back to anguished!Atobe T^T He should sing these on stage during Tenimyu... Although DL3 seems to be practically a Katou!fest, what with him singing 氷のエンペラー & 俺様の美技にブギウギ as well as 負けず嫌い & the Hyoutei on crack version of Do Your Best... And then cute/passionate!Atobe again on Yume de ii kara... ♥ ♥ ♥ This is such a great album~! Here's hoping for another!! d(^^)b
