I might as well start playing D&D

I need some help making a decision about my living situation. I turned down the frat house room because of dirty kitchen and parking issues and am now living at my mom's place. I've been toying with the idea of living here and saving my stipend for a future purchase of an apartment. Let's get all elementary school about it and list the pros and cons.

Pros:
Pasadena is foodie city
Nice kitchen (stainless steel double door fridge, granite countertops, convection oven, double sink)
Nice TV (big flat screen with dvr, showtime and LOGO - the gay channel - and bose sound system)
Convinced my mom to buy all clean energy (100% wind power, surprisingly not that expensive. look into it people.)
Japanese style room (my bedroom) with remote controlled retractable dining table
Mom works weird hours (usually gone from 3 pm to 2-3 am, works weekends)
Stipend is pure profit
New 2 story whole foods is being built

Cons:
Far from campus (30 minutes)
I would be a pathetic loser living with his mom
Even though my mom weirdly said it was ok to bring boys home, it's still a bit awkward.
The whole foods won't be finished until summer 2007
