It's been over a fortnight since I last posted something on my journal. It's been a while so I figured I'd let everyone know I'm still alive.

My school break's almost over; it ends on the 30th. Yet, during these past 5 weeks of my break I felt like it's been rather...unproductive. I wasted it just sitting around. I've had no inspiration nor motivation for scans and scanlations, even though I wanted to get lots of these done during my free time.

Been downloading anime to watch these days; the Natsume Yuujinchou series and Kimi to Boku.

I love Natsume Yuujinchou. @_@ Considering collecting doujinshi for that fandom, which is rather rare of me to do. I usually only collect for one series and try to stick with it. I've already spotted two or three doujins that I want. Trying to restrain myself from spending, though. I ship Matoba x Natsume. >_< This is actually the first time I've shipped a pairing by myself, as in no body influenced me to ship it. For all the other fandoms I'm in, there have never been any pairings that I shipped with a 'click'. It's always due to somebody else's influence, whether by doujins, fan art or fan fics. So yeah, this is a first for me. c:

Kimi to Boku. was an all right series. I laughed at times here and there, but it wasn't something that I was obsessed with. Love the twins Yuta and Yuki, though; especially Yuki. Might collect a few doujins for this fandom, too, but only if the art is something I can't resist. The anime didn't captivate me enough to make me want to seriously collect for the fandom.

Oh. I also got a new journal layout. I've had the Magia layout for a long time, but I've also wanted to change my layout for a long time. However, I never found a new layout that I liked until I stumbled upon my current layout, Circulos. My previous layout (Magia) and my current layout (Circulos) were both done by velvetb0x

Onwards to my Christmas presents that I've received from online friends. Going to post these from the order I received 'em.

Posted this in one of my previous entries, but I'll do so again.

Cute stickers and anime-shaped moulders from metamorcy1.

I used them for the first time two days ago. My friends came over for a movie marathon--in more detail further down--and my friend, Jacqueline, and I had fun using them. We played a lot of pranks too! Like adding chilli sauce or dim-sims in the onigiri. I think there were a few where we just threw in a lot of salt, too.

Christmas card and 2012 planner from nekojiro.

Ahhh, of all my presents the 2012 planner is probably the most useful item I've received. XD Thanks Aya! Now I don't have to buy my own, and since this year will probably be the busiest time for me it'll be really handy to have. Your message was really thoughtful, too. Thanks for always being there for me when I'm unaware of it. <3 The D18 picture is adorable, too!

Two doujinshi, two bars of chocolate, two hair clips and a letter from rensirita.

I said this on Facebook already, but I'll say it again. I can't believe you sent me chocolates just because I mentioned I wanted some. My family is rather...junk-food-deprived and I complained about it to Geo, so she ended up sending me some. XD This is the first time I've ever received food from the post office.

The two doujinshi was actually something I ordered with Geo from Madarake, but she ended up giving 'em to me as Christmas presents. There's Diavoleria, a Dino/Hibari doujinshi, and Splash!, a Dino-centric anthology. When I read the scanlation of Diavoleria by insieme_scans I fell in love with it, or in particular the Dino in that story, so I decided to get my own copy of it. c:

Lastly, the hair clips. They're really really really beautiful; better seen in person than by photo, but this will do. I can't bring myself to wear them, ahaha...I can only admire them from a close distance. :P

Angry bird stuffed toy, a beaded purse and a letter from poinsettiaholly.

Rhea, your writing is so pretty. I think I re-read your letter about 4 or 5 times. XD Did you make the beaded purse yourself? I really do enjoy seeing all your arts. :) Pfft, just realised the colour of the stuffed toy and the letter really match together, ahaha.

Gokudera stamp and letter from xhokahokax.

This is the last present I've received. Not sure if I'll ever use the stamp as I'm not a stamp kind of person, and especially not a Gokudera-fan, but thank you regardless Hoka. :)

And really, don't call my "crazy" just for sending you that Zeroshiki doujinshi! D: I'll admit that it kind of was expensive, but I wanted you to have it so just accept my...uhhh...generosity! Take it as my appreciation for always being there for me when I was depressed. <3

So I guess that's enough for the images for the time being. I still want to post up images of the latest doujins I've received during the past month, but that'll go last. Next up, the movie marathon day that was hosted at my house two days ago!

My friends said they wanted to arrive at my house early, even though I insisted on 10:30AM, so I ended up moving the start time to 9:30AM. In the end, no one arrived until 10:30 anyway. Blahhh, I lost about 30-45 minutes of sleep because of that! :c

Oh, but not everyone came on time so we didn't really start watching anything till around noon. During that time we just made food with the anime-shaped moulders that I received from metamorcy1. We made heaps of anime-shaped onigiri! Added a lot of random stuff inside them too. Some were just plain rice, which I had the honour of eating most of the time; darn, it was really plain so it wasn't an honour at all. ): We added chilli sauce in some of them since most of my friends can't stand spicy stuff--these were the ones I wanted to eat. We also added some dim-sims in some of them so there was prawn in them. Ah, and I mentioned it above too, but we also had a few onigiri that was just filled with salt. Wonder who ate those. XD Some of the onigiri had shredded seaweed mixed in with the rice. Overall it was a fun experience.

While Jacqueline and I made the onigiri, Anna and Tony just watched and stole some food every now and then. Roger and Vilynna were playing table tennis and...Anne was watching the television alone upstairs... We were waiting for the last person to arrive so yeah...

We got bored of waiting for Angela to arrive though, so I just told everyone to start the marathon while I washed up the dishes. Angela arrived when I was heading upstairs after my chores, though, so in the end we all began watching the movie together.

There was a lot of junk food scattered arround the room, ahaha.

First movie were watched was a Korean movie called Blind. I left every now and then, though. It was a thriller, but didn't really interest me despite all the bloody scenes (I really love gore).

Everyone was tired after the first movie, though, so we just played Titanic which not everyone paid attention to. XD We got bored of it so kept fast forwarding it and people begun goofing off. David, Ray and Peter came sometime near the climax of the movie, but all they did was play table tennis for about half an hour before leaving.

One by one people started leaving until only Roger, Tony and I were left. We just laid there on the bed for about an hour before my dad told me my friends should leave because, well, he worries when my friends return home too late. I don't really remember what the three of us conversed about while lying on the bed and sofa, but it was about really random stuff, ahaha.

And I guess that rounds up what happened during the movie marathon, which didn't really turn out to be one.

I haven't really been spending much on doujins these days, so it'll only be a small doujin-update post tihs time, but here are some photos!

A 182769 by Ririadoll, a 1827+69 dj, and a 1827 dj by Dokudokumeron (first 3 on the top row)--not really interested in any of these so I'll be selling/giving them away.

A 0027+53G, and 2 D27 doujins by DESORDEN (first 3 on the bottom row)--bought these 3 from a group order. Now I'm a bit closer to completing my DESORDEN collection! :D

A D18 doujin and anthology (the 2 on the far right)--went through a lot of trouble to get these on Y!JA; these were once lost in the mail so I wanted to re-buy them. c: Kind of disappointed in the anthology, but the one by LION*PUNCH was all right.

53G (Cozart/Giotto) doujinshi by Alpenreise (top left corner)--omg, I don't know how my friend manage to get her hands on this, but she did. This was lost in the mail with all my other doujins, like the two D18's mentioned above, and when I wanted to re-buy it it was out of stock. Thank you, my dear friend! ;A;

3 D18 doujins (last 3 on the top row)--I really love the last 2 doujins by HALO; they're both in Chinese so I can somewhat read it. The one by Hash (N&P) didn't really capture my interest, though. :|

TYL!0027, 2 IzaShizu, and a Shiki/Izaya doujinshi (bottom row); got this through metamorcy1's individual order with rensirita. I originally only wanted the 3rd book, but decided to make the order worth while so I bought the other 3 and got Geo to pitch in with me. The DRRR!! doujins were all right, I guess. Got the 2nd book just because of the rain smex. /shot The Shiki/Izaya book? Ehh... I don't even remember why, ahaha.

Oh yeah, the two Chinese D18 doujins came with some extras. First one came with a special event only card. Second one came with a card and a bonus story to its original doujinshi. 8D

That wraps everything up, I guess. Anyway, please give me the motivation to work on some scanlations during the next week! /prays
