I couldn't believe I didn't lose 1 oz since Saturday. Amazing.
I plan to eat today and tomorrow.
Today is a business lunch so I will eat a Protein and Fibrous Carb. My boyfriend is flying in tonight. I know he will want to have some wine this evening. I have to join him, but I will not eat any appetizers that he offers.
Tomorrow evening, I will be making dinner for us, which will be terrific since I will control what we eat. The menu will be:
-- Chicken with Peaches and Red Wine (217 cals; 28g protein; 11g carbs; 5g fat)
-- Vegetable Rice Pilaf (165 cals; 1g fat)
-- Chocolate-Raspberry Cake (161 cals; 4g protein; 27 carbs; 5g fat)
-- Wine (250 cals)
Total Calories = 793
I know the wine and cake kills it, but I have no choice. He luvs wine (actually so do I), but he really luvs dessert. I'm not a dessert person so I will eat very little.
We are celebrating our 4th Anniversary. :-)
I plan to powerwalk this afternoon. Couldn't this morning because of a conference call and a meeting that is a 1.5 hr drive.
For the remainder of the week, I will do Fasted Cardio.
I should focus on the positive. I lost 12 lbs over the past month. I'm still amazed by that.
