Thanksgiving Dessert
Saving for Thanksgiving.
Easy Pecan Pie
1 cup dark corn syrup
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie crust
Mix all ingredients except pecans together. Then mix in pecans. Pour into pie crust and bake for about one hour @ 350. Let cool before slicing (this is the toughest part of all).
