I'm going to start my Fast tomorrow with the Lemonade Diet through the 11th of July.
My Plan is to Fast 3 days; Eat 1 day to shake up my metabolism and avoid it from going into starvation mode. The Plan is:
-- Fast June 29-July 1
-- Eat July 2
-- Fast July 3-5
-- Eat July 6
-- Fast July 7-9
-- Eat July 10
-- Fast July 11
The Lemonade Diet consists of:
1/2 squeezed lemon
2 tbl grade b maple syrup
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper
10 oz cold water
On the days that I can eat, I will make:
-- Chicken w/Peaches and Red Wine (4 servings @ 217 cals/serving; 868 cals for the day)
-- Poached Sole w/Herbs and Roasted Asparagus (4 servings @ 200 cals/serving; 800 cals for the day)
-- Turkey Tenderloin w/Sun-Dried Tomato-Mushroom Sauce (4 servings @ 203 cals/serving; 812 cals for the day)
I'm also going to Powerwalk/Jog every morning for 30-45 mins. On the days that I eat, I will do an extra 30 mins of Cardio in the evening.
I know this is ambitious, but I need to feel light and in control.
