Ish!
Yay, ish! This was really an outstanding year. Someone told me this would be the peak year for ish, that we could only go down from here. I believed them at first. We almost certainly are not going to take on another project like the arches and spires in terms of man hours. But don't put us on the decline just yet. Each year we get more of the little stuff right and it gets easier to do more big things. Economy of effort will be our friend.
I am so proud of everything we did this year. Everyone seemed aware of their limits. Everything came together flawlessly. Every point things could have gone one way or another seemed to work in our favor. Many happy accidents. I have learned to trust in new members as they have been across the board awesome. Of course I am most pleased with how the Hagia Sophia came together. We really became a destination. Awesome.
