(no subject)
Well this sucks!! I went to see the baby pug yesterday and he was ADORABLE!!!!!!!!! The woman had been telling me for the past couple days that I was the first to get my application in and she told me yesterday I was the first to come see him. When I went I was told to bring the adoption fee with me in cash. So I got there prepared to pay for the dog and she said well I haven't been able to get ahold of my boss yet so I can't take your money and I was like why? She said because I have to make sure someone else hasn't paid for him already. She then called me about 7 last night and told me that another woman had paid using paypal already so she gets the dog. Here are my problems with this:
1. I wasn't even told that I could use paypal or that the dog was listed online or I would have done that too. I was told I HAD to bring cash!
2. I was told that before I could adopt the dog that I had to meet it so that they could see how I ineract with it but this lady hasn't even attempt to visit the dog.
3. If my application was the first one in why does someone else get the dog. I would think they would go down the line.
4. Why did it take almost 8 hours for this chicks boss or whoever to get back to her about the dog. I talked to the girl at 11 yesterday morning and that woman supposedly didn't call her back until like 7? what kind of opporation are they running?
Anyway I'm mad if you can't tell already. They said that they have four more pugs coming to the shelter within a week or so and two of them are black but they don't know if they are male or female. This girl that I have been dealing with said that I am on the top of the list for these when they come in but you know she told me the same thing about this one and look what happened. I don't think that she knows anything about anything!
