So the ethical dilemma of the day (tomorrow) is whether to send a suicidal paranoid schizophrenic out into general population by letting him try community service so that he can get a better disposition of his case.... or try to protect the unknowing public & let him suffer.

I think my job requires me to send him out and hope for the best.

People keep saying we're getting a mental health court. We really need it.
