I don't suppose any of you people are tax-filing Americans who have lost their W-2s and really want to use the website that lets you do magic to get a new one but isn't working for some reason and don't want to have to call your former employer about it because you don't like calling people? And have advice about this?
I mean, I know this is a very specific problem, but hey, you never know.
