So I have not watched the second episode of Elementary and will not be able to for a few days because work is a thing that is happening now why god but anyway. My point is that I have seen the first one! And I have heard a lot of conflicting opinions about it. I didn’t have any particular problems with it beyond utter facepalming at the villain at the end. But.
Even if I had hated it.
The fact that there is now a canonical Holmes who uses BDSM terminology and all but directly says he’s a sub and does whatever Watson tells him to would be enough to make me tune in every week because good lord in heaven sweet jesus fuck hot damn on a cracker.
