I sometimes wonder what my life would be like if I had deigned to read past the first forty pages of Tintin in the New World, but someone on Tumblr has posted a paragraph from later in the book, and now I know.
Which is to say, infinitely worse.

The only upside to this is that if my parents ever find out about Tintin fanfic and are shocked and appalled, I will be able to tell them that they willingly paid money to physically own one of the worst examples of it out there.
