One week until I return to my final year of school. Hrm.
Things I have learned today:
1) My dad thinks Graham Specter is one of the worst characters in the history of storytelling
2) Not all hairstylists understand the concept of short hair
3) If there is an anime series that has recently released movie sequels, do not put the DVD of the series on your Christmas list, because two days after you get it they will announce a pre-order for a combo pack
4) seriously that tirade he went on against Graham was impressive
5) I knew he didn't like Ladd but damn
6) he even said he wondered what Graham's voice actor felt like the night after recording the lines
But hey, I got sent to a different hairstylist who did understand the concept, it's not like I hadn't been planning to get the movies separately so really nothing has changed, and I convinced dad that the final two episodes had more of the other characters in them, so things aren't all that bad.
Plus, due to our TV's inexplicable acquisition of BBC America, I have now seen a Doctor Who episode in HD for the first time in ever, and it was a pretty good episode to boot, so really, things are actually pretty good.
(But still. Damn.)
