A thing that amuses me, lifting my spirits from what has been a vaguely unpleasant evening: the new episode of Torchwood is entitled "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang". I mean, I know the phrase existed before the movie, but still. (And isn't it a perfect name for a Torchwood episode anyway?)

Ironically, Torchwood is actually a show that i may never get around to watching; it is a bit low on my priority list... unless, of course, Tenny suddenly started turning up on it... that would change everything. >.>

Well, no, probably not, but Martha's going to start turning up in it. And both her and Jack are apparently going to be involved in the end of the fourth season of Doctor Who, so it may be useful to know what's going on with them. Just a thought.

Having just watched the episode on YouTube I have to tell you the snazzy title is only the beginning of the fun. So fantastic! And dear God, I think I have another favorite character.

Would that happen to be brunette-Spike the James Marsters character? I hear good things about him, oh yes. Shame he's not a new regular, or did I hear wrong on that account?

Oh yes, that would be him without a doubt. He's utterly marvelous. I read somewhere that he's signed on for three episodes so we get to see him twice more but damn all, I so want him to be a new regular.

This is something I'm hearing, yes. That kiss has been circulating the Internets for weeks now, I think, and of course we heard about it months ago...I didn't watch the clips (and won't watch the episode until at least Sunday, I suspect), but hot damn, am I looking forward to it.
