I have an idea, if anyone is interested.
I've been thinking, which is dangerous, I know, but I think this time it might actually be good for something.
Christmas is coming and I have school, which makes it a little hard. All the college folks seem to be getting out at the end of this week, but I still have school till the end of next week, which will make it pretty late. I've been doing some of my Christmas shopping on line when I can, but I'm still seeing a trip to the mall in my future.
So, this is my idea. Who wants to be stupid and actually brave the mall this Saturday with me? I figure if we can get a group to go, we might actually have some fun doing this, rather than just going alone and being frustrated at all of the crowds. I figure we can go in the morning and stay as long as we need to. Get something to eat at the food court, all of that stuff.
So, if anyone is interested, just let me know! If this works out, I'm betting some of the folks that will want to come are folks I still want to buy for, but we can always split up and meet later if we need to. I just want to get all the rest of my shopping done and over with. Then I'll be able to focus on finals next week. Which will make my mom happy.
Speaking of mom, when I came home from school today, she was all excited cause Daikon is walking. He's doing pretty good at it too. She had to rush out to bring something to Vez's place, and Gokou and I played "Backandforth" with Daikon in the living room. He's getting steadier with every second! We can't wait till Dad comes home, we're hoping he'll go running out to him so dad can see for himself.
Speaking of which, I think I just sensed his Ki, so I'd better go, I want to see this.
Just let me know if you want to come with me Saturday. The more the merrier.
And Vez, I in particular want to invite you. I know you might not feel like going, but I want you to know you are more than welcome to come along with us. I know I'd love to see you.
