OMG! Can it be? Am I ACTUALLY UPDATING!?
No, that can't be right.......or can it? Mwa ha ha ha ha!
Anyways, it's been almost a year since I've updated this! Wow. That's a long time. So what's been happening? Well I went back to school to get my Secondary Education certification, but I realized that I didn't care for it, so I dropped it. Everyone I talked to told me that if I wasn't 110% into it, that I should get out or I'd just end up quitting within the first 3 years. Plus it's not fair to the kids: if you hate being there, they're gonna hate it even more. So right now I'm on the job hunt. Still writing of course. Working on my script and on a flash comic project. I do have some long term goals now, I want to open my own bookstore/cafe with a lounge like atmosphere. I want it to be a non-alcoholic place where students can go to study or hang out that's open late where they can get coffee and books (I have and english degree and I'm a writer....it has to be a book store lol). I've got all kinds of plans and even a business consultant. It's gonna be called Midnight Zen. The only problem I have now is getting the financial backing to get it open and up and running. I'll figure something out eventually.....
So probably the biggest news I have since I last updated is my Pat. <3 <3 <3 We met last August at a bookstore. We were doing that whole 'watching each other over the shelves' thing. <3 We started talking, got talking on the computer, he started coming to anime club meetings, he auditioned for the play I was Assistant Directing (oh yeah! I assistant directed a play! yay!), he was cast (the play was Moon Over Buffalo and it was the best play that Miseri has ever done!), we started hanging out after rehearsals, he asked me out the night before my birthday and we've been together for over 9 months now. <3 I love him to pieces. <3
Well that's enough for now. I'll have to go find some quizzes. lol Oh well....nobody reads this blog except Fugu-kun. Sorry Fugu, you already know everything I just wrote about so I guess it's not much of an update. lol ^_^
