Dear Matthew Bellamy will you please marry me?
So I went and saw the Muse concert on Thursday... it was such an experience... this little(and I say that because all the band members are tiny!) three piece band could do all of that. They were opening up for My Chemical Romance and while I do not consider myself to be the biggest My Chem fan, probably because I don't dress in all black and cut myself I will admit that they put on a great show... but the fact that Muse was opening for them I find to be insulting. Especially when they are far superior not only in the quality of their music but their stage show as well.
My Chem is all fancy with the back drops and pyro and prior to that was Muse with their simple black backdrop in no need to add spectacle to their amazing and sadly only 45 minute set. It was the best live concert I have ever been to and that means a lot coming from me because I am A.) a musical snob and B.)I go to a lot of shows. This was they first time they have played Tampa and hope they come back again or somewhere in the vicinity because this is the one band(besides Radiohead) I would actually travel to go see. So if they come to your area go see them and give them some US lovin' so hopefully they will come back here more often.
Other than that everything sucks, and I do mean everything. But what are Lj's for if not to bitch about everything. That is point isn't it?
