Ah, my first day here, and it's already the end of the year (just about). That's the wonderful world of transfering magic schools. Hmm, the room looks cozy - damp though. Perhaps my room won't be as damp, or I will seriously consider writing to my grandmother about this. It thanks to her and her plans for going in away in search of some magical item or another that has me stuck here over the summer.
Hmm... the room looks suspiciously empty. Everyone must be down in the dining hall. I suppose now is a good time to go down and meet the members of my house.
