That wasn't a big deal for me, but yeah. I can't understand for the life of me why there's no elevator in the Ari Apartments.

Maybe if somebody petitioned the landlady for one, it might get done. They may not have added one because no one has complained about the lack of an elevator to the landlady.

I would imagine it would be done in the same way as a petition to any other person in a position of authority.
