Okay, I made a decision based on the feedback I got last time, and am going to go ahead with the beach party. I'm going to plan to hold it the last weekend in May.
However, I can't do all of the planning and the setting up on my own. So, if anyone is interested, I'd appreciate getting some volunteers to help me set it up. I'll need people to help me come up with activities and gather materials. I'm also going to start a money pool so we can buy or rent equipment like boats, fishing rods, and tents. Donate however much money you want.
