So... Trying to create a future without androids wasn't the only reason why I went back to the past. I now remember... I remember meeting Gohan's father in the past -- the man who saved the world more times than I can count...Goku. In my world, Goku died of a nasty new virus that attacks the heart. Even worse...this happened a full six months before the androids appeared.
When I went back in time, Mom gave me a cure for the virus to bring back to the past and deliver to Goku. I met with him personally, told him everything, and gave him the medicine.
I have to admit, meeting Goku was...invigorating. It was almost like his aura radiated hope in addition to his own life energy. After talking with Goku...I felt more confident in myself. He restored the hope I had lost after Gohan's death. It was just like Mom said -- Goku was truly an amazing man.
