ok folks what helps with cramps besides sex and tummy massages? :( i'm at work so i don't think i can get away with those things...

A heating pad. If you happen to have one just lying
around at work.
And if you wanna be a hippie about it, if there is any
gingerroot tea laying around, have a cup of it along
with your heating pad.
