I've got an intense headache because I've been trying meditation lately. I know it sounds bull but it really takes a lot out of you when you get into it. I've been doing it for a couple weeks now. Like when you throw ur mind into a complete darkness state of mind...everything else around you seems to spin, but I think that's what puts you in such a deep state of unconciouscience. I feel creepily up and energetic which is completely unnatural for me. I think I should lay off the crack. Haha. Or possibly do more....Hmmmm? Haha :P
