Found this gem of a website and I MUST share it with everyone!

It showcases various art by various artists and well... their WIP stages! But the cool thing about it is that all the images are in Flash, and thus it shows a nifty transition from the idea to draft to ink to CG stages and the sequence of these stages just blow your mind away.
I really recommend everyone to have a look at it! ;D
