IT ENCOMPASSES EVERYTHING (shoujo) THAT I WANT IN LIFE. (getting whisked away to a surreal dreamland, etc etc).
No seriously, just watch it! It's hella sweet and I love the art direction and style, it is so surreal and dream-like :) You rarely see music videos like these nowadays actually (IMHO). It's a very low tempo and mellow song too; perfect for lazy Sundays where you want to do nothing but gaze at the sky from your window.
Now if only the same could happen to me when I stare out my apartment window. Sigh.... it does get pretty lonely at times. >:
