I have a new favourite car.
Not the VW Bugatti. The Veyron I respect, but don't like.
Yes, it's true. My days of worshiping the Mclaren F1 are more or less over.
I respect the car, but it is no longer my favourite ultimate dream car thing. Sorry Murray and Britain. You've been beat by the Swedes.
I saw a picture of this car and out from my open jaw muttered, "holy hell."
Up to 850bhp. 2600 lbs. 9.9 sec quarter mile. 250+ mph. Beautiful. 171.5 bhp per litre. It is made mostly of carbon fibre, even the bloody wheels. All out of a 4.7 litre V8. Half the cost of a new Mclaren (not adjusted for inflation.) US legal. A bitch to drive, or so I hear. From the audio I've heard, it sounds like God roaring.
I'm making this thumbnail tiny, for you really must see it in it's high resolution glory.
The CCX is easy enough to spell, but jeeze, Koenigsegg? It's worth knowing.
On an off note, I tried to go to the Fairtax thing with my dad, but it was sold out. Poo.
