Surviving alone

Well- Roz moved out not so long ago. Temporarily, don't worry. We just kind of needed a break for each other so she could figure out what she wants to do and- well- I guess I can do the same. I've been wandering around- saw Magus the other day, caught up with Schala and the whole gang up on Ezla- hadn't seen them in a short eternity, so it was really nice to talk to everybody again. Spent some time with Eiji, too- though now I'm mostly messaging him back and forth while they try and figure out if he has TB. And if he doesn't, he has to run the restaurant over Christmas time, the poor son of a bitch. Who am I kidding- I will be laughing at him from the couch as I relax on my days off. The last person left on my list of people to see is Raluna. It's been ages since I talked to her one-on-one.

Ulysses is sleeping a lot more lately. He's getting on in years, though, I guess. Like 10 years, now, I've had him. He's been out and about more since Roz left- I think because he was worried I was lonely, but I've actually been doing pretty well. It's only climbing into an empty bed that really irks me- otherwise there's a lot to enjoy about the freedom of it. But I'd never trade Roz for it.

I've got to set up a Christmas tree, but it feels weird without you here, Roz. Maybe drop by for an afternoon so we can pick one up?
